Terms of Use

This page outlines the basic terms of use, premium service rules, and liability limitations that apply when using the Ezan Vakitleri Pro app. Last updated: April 10, 2026.

Service Definition

  • Provides prayer times and qibla direction information.
  • Provides content such as Quran, translations, duas, dhikr, and worship tracking.
  • Includes reminders, notifications, and some personalization tools.
  • Free and premium features may be offered together.

Conditions of Use

  • You must use the app in accordance with the law and principles of good faith.
  • Actions that compromise app security, reverse engineer, or abuse the service are prohibited.
  • The service is provided for personal use only; unauthorized commercial reproduction is not permitted.
  • Access that abuses server, API, and app traffic may be restricted.

User Responsibilities

  • If you do not grant location permission, prayer times and qibla results may be shown based on manual selections.
  • If you create an account, you are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
  • Notification preferences, device settings, and battery optimization areas may affect app behavior.
  • While the app provides religious content, ultimate worship and interpretation responsibility lies with the user.

Notifications and Content Usage

  • Notifications are sent only for the times and settings you enable.
  • Quran, translations, duas, and similar content are provided for informational and usage convenience purposes.
  • Content in the app may not be copied, redistributed, or resold without permission.
  • Incorrect content reports are evaluated by the technical and content team.

Premium Features

  • Premium packages may include ad-free usage, additional tools, or advanced synchronization features.
  • Premium scope may be updated depending on the product development process.
  • Some features may require specific platforms, versions, or technical capabilities.
  • Premium access is only activated with a verified purchase record.

Subscription and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are initiated, renewed, and cancelled through Google Play or Apple App Store, depending on your platform.
  • Auto-renewal must be turned off from your Google Play or Apple ID account (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions).
  • For Apple App Store users, subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Deleting your account within the app does not automatically cancel your Google Play or App Store subscription.
  • Refund and billing processes are evaluated according to the respective platform's (Google Play or Apple App Store) policies.

Intellectual Property

  • The app interface, design, software components, and brand elements are protected.
  • While the Quran text comes from public domain sources, the rights to translations, commentaries, and audio packages may belong to their respective owners.
  • Worship and preference data belonging to the user belongs to the user; it is only processed for service provision.

Limitation of Liability

  • Prayer time calculations are based on location, method, and technical data; small discrepancies may occur.
  • Qibla direction accuracy depends on device sensors and calibration quality.
  • Features requiring internet may be affected by connectivity issues.
  • Indirect damage liability is not accepted for service interruptions, third-party service failures, or device-related problems.

Service Changes

  • Features, interfaces, data sources, and premium packages may be updated over time.
  • If significant changes are made to legal texts, announcements may be made through the app or website.
  • Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Service Termination

  • Account and related data can be deleted at the user's request.
  • Certain features may be suspended or access terminated in case of terms violations.
  • Some accounts may be temporarily restricted for legal requirements or security reasons.
