How to request deletion

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Include the email address, phone number, or account identifier related to your request.
  • If the request concerns a Meta-connected authorization, mention your Facebook account email and the connected app name.
  • Our team will confirm the request and start deletion or anonymization where applicable.

What we delete

  • Connected authorization records related to Meta login or page connection
  • Support records that can be matched to the requesting account
  • Stored identifiers that are no longer required for legal or operational reasons

Response timeline

  • Initial confirmation is typically sent within 7 business days.
  • Deletion completion time may vary depending on the systems involved and legal retention obligations.
